Capital Improvement Program
The City of Lethbridge’s identifies required capital projects and provides a planning schedule and financing plan (or capital budget) for them. It includes one-time construction costs for things such as:
- Building renovations
- New roads, parks and buildings
- Recreation facilities
- Utility projects
