Audit Standing Policy Committee
The Audit Standing Policy Committee provides recommendations to City Council relating to the oversight and stewardship of:
- Internal controls over financial reporting
- The independence and performance of the auditors
- Reviews of departments and projects
- Risk identification and exposure
Meetings
The Audit Standing Policy Committee will meet on Wednesdays four times per year or as required. View our Council and Standing Policy Committee Meeting Calendar for a complete list of upcoming meeting dates.
Meetings are conducted in-person and virtually through Microsoft Teams.

The committee may also invite experts from the community to present information on a topic before them.
