100k+ Lethbridge refers to the growing housing and infrastructure needs the City of Lethbridge is addressing as our population soars beyond 100,000. To meet the growing needs of our diverse community, we held various engagement opportunities and surveys for the public to share their input and ideas.

Efficient Land Use Strategy

From feedback received during the 100k project, we developed the Efficient Land Use Strategy (ELUS) to address our growing community needs and examine future trends. The ELUS explores the pattern and cost of urban growth over time. It also examines how our demographics, marketplace and infrastructure determine how we can use land efficiently.
