Big Truck Petting Zoo roars into gear this weekend

The City of Lethbridge’s biggest public operations event of the year is back this weekend!

Big Truck Petting Zoo returns for another year on Saturday, June 1 at the Lethbridge Public Library’s Crossings Branch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Excavators, fire trucks, police cars, waste collection trucks, the Bookmobile, buses and more will be available for residents of all ages to explore. The event invites the community to come and learn about all the amazing work City Public Operations and partner organizations do to keep Lethbridge running smoothly and safely.

Our friends from the Lethbridge Police Service, Fire and Emergency Services, the Lethbridge Library and Lethbridge Transit will all be there to welcome the young and young at heart.

This family-friendly, free event offers some great giveaways, conversation and connection to the people who work hard to serve the community and make Lethbridge a wonderful place to call home.
