Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6300 to rezone the parcel listed above from Future Urban Development (FUD).

Parcels zoned as Comprehensively Planned Low Density Residential (R-CL) will allow single detached dwellings on the sites.

Parcels zoned as Mixed Density Residential (R-M) will allow single detached homes containing secondary suites on the sites.

Areas to be zoned as Park and Recreation (P-R) will allow for a stormwater management facility.

 

· Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6300 to rezone the parcel listed above.

To:

- Comprehensively Planned Low Density Residential (R-CL);

- Mixed Density Residential (R-M);

- Park and Recreation (P-R)

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.
