Canada Day 2023 Service Level Changes
Saturday, July 1, is Canada Day. The City of Lethbridge will have service level changes that day and on Monday, July 3.
Lethbridge 311
The Lethbridge 311 office will be closed on Monday, July 3. Our customer service specialists will return on Tuesday, July 4 at 8 a.m.
We have a 24/7 self-service site available at 311.lethbridge.ca to help with your questions. For urgent issues, a 24-hr trouble line is available by calling 311.
Waste and Recycling
The Waste and Recycling Centre will be closed on Saturday, July 1, and open on Monday, July 3.
Yard Waste sites will be open on Monday, July 3.

Community Animal Services
Community Animal Services will be closed on Saturday, July 1, and open on Monday, July 3. To ensure lost pets may be returned home, individuals are asked to contact the shelter at 403-320-4099 ahead of time and arrange a time to pick up their pet.

Transit Service
Lethbridge Transit will be operating on Monday, July 3, on the Holiday Schedule. On Saturday, July 1, there will be extended evening service for the Canada Day festivities at Henderson Lake Park, as the 3 Green and 4 Orange will operate until midnight. More information here

ACCESS-A-Ride Booking and customer service will be closed on Monday, July 3, but service hours will remain unchanged.
Galt Museum & Archives/Fort Whoop-Up
The Galt Museum and Fort Whoop-Up will be closed on Monday, July 3.
Helen Schuler Nature Centre
The Helen Schular Nature Centre will be closed on Saturday, July 1, and open Monday, July 3, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Lethbridge Public Library
All branches of the Lethbridge Public Library will be closed on Saturday, July 1, and open Monday, July 3.
