o   First reading for Bylaw 6481 - 2025 Downtown Business Improvement Area Tax Rate Bylaw

o   First reading for Bylaw 6482 - 2025 Tax Installment Pre-Payment Plan Bylaw

o   First reading for Bylaw 6483 - 2025 Property Tax and Supplementary Property Tax Bylaw

o   First reading for Bylaw 6484 – Land Use Bylaw Amendment re: 3007 26 Avenue South. A Public Hearing will take place on May 13 at 3 p.m.
