Moonlight Run road closures and transit impacts

The 2025 Runner’s Soul Moonlight Run is set to take place Saturday, March 22. 

To help ensure the safety of runners, spectators and organizers, the following roads will be closed to traffic at varying times throughout the day:  

• Both directions of 8 Street South from 2 Avenue South to 3 Avenue South
• Both directions of 3 Avenue South from Stafford Drive South to Scenic Drive South, and continuing down into Indian Battle Park
• 200 Block of Scenic Drive South

The roads will all reopen by 12 a.m. 

Lethbridge Transit service will also be impacted on Saturday. Temporary stops will be in effect from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. for the following busses:

• 1 GOLD
• 2 BLUE
• 60C 

Transit users can check route detours on the MyRide app. 

Motorists are kindly asked to drive with caution near the event area and follow all posted signage and detours.
