Notice of Special Meeting of Council

Blaine Hyggen, Mayor of the City of Lethbridge, has called for a Special Meeting of Council to be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 starting at 1:30 P.M. in Meeting Room 003, City Hall, City of Lethbridge, with the following item* on the Consent Agenda:

First Reading of Bylaw 6411 - Land Use Bylaw Amendment re: 416 Stafford Drive North

This Notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance of the said meeting and is therefore in compliance with Section 196 of the Municipal Government Act.

*No matter other than that stated in the Notice calling the Special Council Meeting may be transacted at the meeting unless the whole Council is present at the meeting and the Council agrees to deal with the matter in question, as per section 194 of the Municipal Government Act.
