Notice of Special Meeting of Council on October 24, 2024

I, Blaine Hyggen,  Mayor of the City of Lethbridge, provide notice that a Special Closed Meeting of City Council will be held at 11 :00 AM. on October 24, 2024, in the Council Chamber, City Hall, City of Lethbridge, with the following item on the Agenda: 

Labour Negotiations Update (FOIP Section 24).

This Notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance of the said meeting and is therefore in compliance with Sections 194 and 196 of the Municipal Government Act and Section 70 of Bylaw 6250 - The Procedure Bylaw.

*No matter other than that stated in the Notice calling the Special Council Meeting may be transacted at the meeting unless the whole Council is present at the meeting and the Council agrees to deal with the matter in question, as per section 194 of the Municipal Government Act.
