WSP Canada Inc., on behalf of Lethbridge Land, has applied to amend the existing Outline Plan for Watermark. The original Watermark Outline Plan was approved by the Municipal Planning Commission September 2017. The Watermark Outline Plan amendment was prepared in accordance with the policies and objectives described in the Waterbridge Area Structure Plan. This amendment is consistent with the policies of the South Saskatchewan Regional Plan and the City of Lethbridge Municipal Development Plan. This Outline Plan amendment provides guidance on how land is used, serviced and accessed to be more efficient and meet current market demands. The area is designed to integrate with the adjacent neighbourhoods of Sunridge and Mountain Heights as well as future neighbourhoods to the west and south.
