Partial road closures on 3 Avenue South to begin next week.

Curb and asphalt repairs will begin on 3 Avenue South, on Monday, June 24, 2024, between 7 Street South and Stafford Drive South. 

Motorists are advised to expect temporary detours and traffic control, as follows: 

• Partial intersection/crosswalk closure at the intersection of 3 Avenue South and 8 Street South. Pedestrian detours will be in place. 
• Partial lane closures and detours will impact traffic along 3 Avenue South, between 7 Street South and Stafford Drive South.

The road work is expected to be complete by Monday, July 1st. 

Stay safe - follow signs and reduce speed. 

As crews and contractors work to upgrade and maintain the streets and roads around the City, motorists are asked to slow down and pay attention to signage to keep crews and themselves safe.
