Paving and pothole patching on Bridge Drive West

Traffic will be impacted as crews complete paving and patchwork along Bridge Drive West.

Starting Thursday, September 26 at 7 a.m., both directions of Bridge Drive West will be closed. Highway 3 motorists can access west Lethbridge using University Drive West. Whoop Up Drive West can also be used as an alternative route.

Access to businesses along Bridge Drive West will remain open:

• Access to the Bridge Drive Recycling Station and businesses around the Galt #8 Mine will be available via University Drive West.
• Access to Bridge Valley Golf Course and the Elizabeth Hall Wetlands will be available via Highway 3.

This is expected to be a one-day closure. Weather permitting, Bridge Drive West is scheduled to reopen by Friday, September 27 at 7 a.m.
