Pronghorn partnership bringing sports opportunities to youth

The City of Lethbridge is teaming up with the University of Lethbridge Pronghorn’s Men's and Women's Basketball and Soccer teams to offer free mini sports camps for local youth. Off the Record Pronghorn Partnership

Youth aged 12-17 are invited to register for 2-hour basketball or soccer camps, led by Pronghorn athletes on March 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. To sign-up, please complete the registration form and email it to buildingsafercommunities@lethbridge.ca. Due to limited spots, a follow up email will be sent in 1-2 business days to confirm registration.

This initiative is part of the Off the Record program, which works to reduce barriers to youth accessing recreational opportunities and helps connect them with the community. Through the Building Safer Communities grant-funded program, Off the Record is an initiative partnered between the City of Lethbridge, Lethbridge Police Service (LPS), Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services and other community partners.
