Property assessment notices for 2025 being mailed this week

Property assessment notices were mailed today to all residential and commercial property owners. Property owners signed up for eNotices would have received their assessment notice by email at the email registered to their MyCity account. 

If an assessment notice has not been received by January 16, please call 311 (or 403-320-3111 if calling from outside of Lethbridge) to get a copy. Property owners can also view and reprint assessment notices by registering their property through MyCity at Lethbridge.ca/MyCity.

Questions about property assessments can be directed to Assessment staff through 311 or by email at assessment@lethbridge.ca. If a property owner has met with a City Assessor and still isn’t satisfied with the assessed value of the property, a formal complaint can be filed prior to the appeal deadline.
