Assessment & Tax
A Property Assessment is an estimate of the price a property may have sold for on the open market by a willing seller to a willing buyer as of July 1 last year. Assessed values reflect the physical condition of the property as of December 31 last year.
Use the Property Tax Calculator to estimate your taxes based on multiplying the property assessment by the current approved tax rate.
A Tax Certificate can be purchased to obtain the tax account balance.
The interactive WebMap provides access to City of Lethbridge property information including legal description, address, tax roll numbers, and up-to-date assessment and taxation information.
Building & Renovating
A Building Permit Status Report provides a summary of all building permits pertaining to one property.
Consult the Monthly Building Statistics for a summary of the safety codes permits issued by the City of Lethbridge, including the number of permits issued and their prevailing market value.
