What is this notice about?

​The purpose of the proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment is to allow the construction of five residential buildings, each containing four Dwelling Units and one commercial building.

How can I participate?

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.

The proposed Direct Control (DC) bylaw will allow these land uses in a configuration that is not possible under the existing R-37 land use district.
