Road Closure - 2 Avenue South

Water main replacement work begins this morning along 2 Avenue South between Scenic Drive and 5 Street South. This will temporarily close sections of the road as work is completed.

The first section closure is between 4 Street and 5 Street South and is expected to last for two weeks, weather permitting. Pedestrian access to all businesses will be maintained.

As theses closures may impact a Lethbridge Transit route, please call 311 during business hours about possible stop closures and/or scheduling adjustments.

Motorists are advised to drive with caution in this area and follow posted detours.
