Time running out to ‘Make Your Mark’ with one-time grant for local non-profits

The deadline is fast approaching for registered non-profits to apply for the Make Your Mark (MYM) grant funding.

Eligible organizations are encouraged to apply before the application deadline on March 31. The one-time grant offers capital funding to support non-profit organizations in enhancing their capacity to provide community services.

The MYM program is awarded through a competitive grant application process, similar to the Community Capital Projects Grant (CCPG). The main difference is the MYM program will support organizations who have been limited by the two-thirds matching requirement of CCPG by providing 100 per cent of project funding for impactful small and mid-sized projects (max $50,000).

City Council approved the redistribution of unused grant funding in December last year. The intention is to give registered non-profit organizations in Lethbridge financial support to make a difference in the community.

The application deadline for the MYM and CCPG grants is March 31. To learn more about the MYM grant program or apply, click here. To learn more about the CCPG grant program or apply, click here.
