Turn bay onto westbound 5 Avenue North/Highway 3 closed for guardrail work

A busy turn bay in north Lethbridge will be closed for guardrail work this weekend.

Starting Sunday, October 6, there will be no access onto westbound 5 Avenue North/Highway 3 from southbound Scenic Drive North. Southbound motorists on Scenic Drive North will see advanced warning to access westbound 5 Avenue North/Highway 3 via 9 Avenue North to Stafford Drive North.

All other southbound traffic on Scenic Drive North will flow through the area as normal.  

The work is expected to be completed within one to two days, weather permitting. Motorists are reminded to keep crews safe by following all posted signage.
