Waste & Recycling Utility 2022 Annual Report

The Waste & Recycling Utility 2022 Annual Report highlights projects and information related to services and programs provided to the community last year. It is the second annual report for the utility intended to promote transparency and communicate the outcome of our programs.

The report includes performance measures, projects, and plans from all four services areas:

1. waste collection,
2. waste processing,
3. education & outreach, and
4. sustainability.

This annual report shares information that supports the residential and business waste diversion strategies that have been presented to City Council in previous years. It also showcases the work completed and planned to meet current and future waste reduction targets.
