Water main break closes off-ramp along Highway 3

*UPDATED AS OF 9:30 A.M. ON JUNE 25*

A water main break along 3 Avenue South has closed the 19 Street South off-ramp on eastbound Crowsnest Trail/Highway 3. The break, in the 1900 block of 3 Avenue South, occurred late Monday afternoon.

Crews worked into the night to repair it, and those efforts continue today. Once repaired, the road will be repaved. Weather permitting, the work is expected to be complete by Tuesday, July 2.

Motorists are asked to drive with care in the impacted area and follow all posted signage.
