Weekend paving to impact Lethbridge Sports Park access

Annual paving work along northbound 28 Street North is scheduled for June 22 and 23. The project runs from the 26 Avenue North ramp to 30 Avenue North. Two way-traffic will be maintained in the southbound lanes of 28 Street North.

Landfill traffic and access to the Lethbridge Sports Park will remain intact throughout the weekend, but motorists will encounter two detours on Sunday:

·    Traffic turning east onto 30 Avenue North will be detoured.

·    The south exit of the Lethbridge Sports Park (located on 30 Avenue North) will be closed. Vehicles can enter and exit the park via Giffen Road North.
