What to see and do at next week’s Community Conversation
The City of Lethbridge is hosting a Community Conversation on Wednesday, January 29 from 3-7 p.m. at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena (formerly ENMAX Centre).
The Community Conversation is a way to showcase City projects seeking community feedback in one convenient location, making it easier for residents to learn more and provide input. Public participation helps to build a strong and connected community, inform Council decision-making and enhance the city we call home.
The event will feature close to 50 projects, programs and services including:
- Information on the 2025 municipal election
- Lethbridge Fire & Emergency Services rope rappelling demonstration
- Snow plowing & windrow assistance service
- Transportation planning & anticipated 2025 construction
- Land Use Bylaw renewal
- Helen Schuler Nature Centre kids' zone
- Lethbridge Transit route planning and new city hubs
- Parks projects, and more!
There’s lots of fun to be had, too! Warm up with free hot chocolate and mini donuts or hit the ice for a free public skate with the Lethbridge Hurricanes. The concessions will also be open for those wanting to grab a bite to eat.
Admission and parking are free, and all ages are welcome.
