• Roll number
• Legal Address
• Linc
• Civic Address
• Current Year Assessment
• Most recent tax levy
• Property Taxes owing or credit balance on account
• Status of TIPP program if applicable

There are two options for ordering Tax Certificates:

1. If you already have a login and password set up with the City of Lethbridge Tax Department, please login using the portal to obtain Tax Certificates and make a payment at MyCity - Tax Certificate. 
2. If you are not currently set up with an online account and require Tax Certificates, please complete the below form.
