About the “Business Add Time to Plate” program

Businesses in Downtown Lethbridge now have a way to better serve their customers as the City of Lethbridge is introducing a new and convenient option to pay for their customers' parking without having to use the app or leave their desk, workstation or appointment.

The new "Business Add Time to Plate" program will allow businesses to create an account with the City of Lethbridge and have parking time loaded into their account and then the business can distribute those minutes to cover the costs of parking for their customers.

By providing another user-friendly option in addition to coins, credit cards, parking cards and the mobile app, the goal is to make paying for parking as simple as possible. The payment process will happen in real time, paying for a customer’s parking immediately.
