The proposed amendment is intended to facilitate the redevelopment of the vacant site to provide up to 47 apartments and up to 2 commercial units, or up to 49 apartments with no commercial units.  An associated Bylaw (6461) would rezone the listed parcels for this purpose. The London Road Area Redevelopment Plan was originally approved in 2018. 

· The application has been submitted by Sumus.

 

· Allow building up to a maximum height of 21 metres on these parcels.

· Not require payment of the redevelopment levy for these parcels.

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.
