Public Hearing Submission Form
· The proposed amendment will allow for the development of 180 Dwelling units on the parcel. The Dwelling units are proposed to be a mix of apartment Dwellings, townhouse Dwellings and two-unit Dwellings.
· The existing building on the site that was once a TV studio is proposed to be retained as Office or commercial space.
· Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6300 to rezone the parcels listed above.
