    The Government of Canada invests in the future electrification of Lethbridge’s transit fleet

    Today, the Honourable Randy Boissonnault, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Official Languages, and His Worship Blaine Hyggen, Mayor of Lethbridge, announced a joint investment of $134,813 to support planning work for the full transition of the city’s transit fleet to zero emission buses.

In coordination with the City of Lethbridge, museum staff are excited to announce that its new programming cargo van is an all-Electric Vehicle (EV). The van was recently purchased through the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre (MCCAC), which is a partnership of Alberta Municipalities, Rural Municipalities of Alberta and the Government of Alberta.
