Following extensive engagement and community feedback, Lethbridge City Council will not proceed on six previously-proposed dog park locations in established neighbourhoods. Instead, based on the engagement results, Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to consider appropriate areas for future dog parks when new Outline Plans, or amendments to Outline Plans, come forward. This will involve continued work with BILD Lethbridge, land developers and landowners moving forward.
Lethbridge City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously in favour of approving the 2022 City of Lethbridge Annual Report, which features a comprehensive breakdown of City finances and the 2022 audited financial statements.

Lethbridge/Sikóóhkotok is home to nearly 30 Municipal Historic Resources, more than a dozen Provincial Historic Resources, four National Historic Events, one National Historic Person and more than 100 archaeological sites. The City of Lethbridge Heritage Management Plan (HMP) was developed in 2007 to establish a framework for the City to protect Lethbridge's diverse Historic Places now and for the future. Lethbridge City Council recently voted unanimously to approve an updated 2023 HMP with several key updates.
